Operation Renewed Hope is a Christ-centered nonprofit medical missions and disaster relief agency providing relief at home and abroad to those in need.
Operation Renewed Hope focuses on providing medical, educational and humanitarian relief worldwide to all who are in need – while providing the opportunity for medical professionals, laypersons, and teens to serve God through short-term and long-term missions.
Operation Renewed Hope uses the United States military and other key logistics and warehouse providers to transport donations, medical, educational and non-food humanitarian supplies and equipment to desparate areas worldwide. Care teams made up of professional and non-professional volunteers then utilize this equipment to bring much needed relief and hope to those in need.
Operation Renewed Hope was founded in 1991 by Jan Milton, formerly the pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Fayetteville, NC.
Jan's vision is to use surplus supplies and equipment donated by hospitals, corporations and manufacturers in the United States, and make them available to areas of the world that are in desperate need of this type of relief.
