ORH - Panama
Team ORH will travel to Calovebeora, Panama, to work with Missionary Jim Childress to reach the area with the Gospel. We need doctors, advanced practice clinicians, dentists, optometrists or opticians, nurses, ultrasound technicians, and non-medical personnel to volunteer for this mission.

Clinic: Team Panama will travel to the Calevebora, Panama, to work with Missionary Jim Childress and Pastor Roderick DeGracia to reach the area with the Gospel. We need doctors, advanced practice clinicians, dentists, optometrists or opticians, nurses, ultrasound technicians, and non-medical personnel to volunteer for this mission.
Background: ORH held a clinic in this area in 1999. A road has recently been built to this town through the mountains. Bro Childress advised that this area has become a "boom town" because of the new road.
Medical: General Medicine, Dental, Optometry
Spiritual: Gospel presentation during the pharmacy time
Church: We will help plant a new church. ORH held a clinic in this area in 1999. Pastor Roderick has contacts in this area, and there are several believers. Land has already been purchased for the church building. Pastor Roderick's son is going to be the pastor, Lord willing.
Insurance: Emergency Evacuation Insurance Provided - You may purchase your travel insurance.
Degree of Difficulty - Moderate – Long air and bus travel. Accommodation will be in a Hostel.. Bathrooms may be primitive at times.
